Competition entry

In 2023, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action called for the development of a new general trade fair concept for their collective trade fair stands under the brand „German Pavilion“. SW Architects made it through to the top three with their entry.

The concept is based on the ongoing paradigm shift in the trade fair world towards more sustainability and communication under the key words:
From display to communication – a communication-orientated spatial concept
From products to people – visual communication puts the makers in the spotlight
From more to less – sustainability will be the central design approach of the future.
